Estrone (E1)
An estrogen test measures the level of estrogens in a sample of your blood, urine (pee), or saliva (spit). The normal range is 10–60 pg/mL for adults, as American Board of Internal Medicine (Laboratory Test Reference Ranges) publishes it.
